For more information see our disclosure page.

Do you accept guest posts?

Yes. See our guest post guidelines if you’re interested in submitting.

I have a product or service I’d like you to write about – will you?

Maybe. See the work with us page to see if a collaboration might be possible.

I have a product or service I’d like to write about – can I?

We occasionally accept sponsored posts from brands, small businesses and individuals, but there are some guidelines around that too. See the work with us page for more details.

You publish a lot about natural health – do you not agree with conventional medicine?

We absolutely do agree with using conventional medicine when necessary, and encourage you to get good healthcare options in place, and use preventative measures, such as the recommended health screenings for your age group, to ensure you’re managing your health as effectively as possible.

We also believe that the need for conventional medicine can be reduced by living a healthy lifestyle packed full of good nutrition, healthy habits, exercise you enjoy, and alternative or complementary remedies when appropriate. So yes, we write about those, but we don’t intend them to replace the advice of qualified healthcare professionals appropriate for your situation, whether that is your general physician, or other specialised healthcare professionals.
